A non-binding enquiry
A form, call or email does not place an order. We discuss goals and feasibility before issuing a written quotation. No payment is collected on this site. A contract arises only through agreement to a quotation and applicable terms, under the written process communicated to you.
Scope, price and timing
Tax-inclusive starting prices correspond to the quantities and deliverables on the service pages. The quotation sets out the total, applicable tax treatment, third-party costs, schedule and payment arrangements. Published durations are indicative and exclude waiting for feedback and resource acquisition. The start date depends on confirmed availability. No chargeable change is undertaken without your prior agreement.
Collaboration and feedback
You provide accurate content and the rights needed to use it, and appoint one person to consolidate feedback. Starting offers include two consolidated feedback rounds on the selected direction; brand direction includes one clarification session after the presentation. A new concept after approval, another language or increased volume is covered by an additional written proposal.
Delivery and rights
File formats, editable sources, approved versions and exploitation rights are specified in the quotation. An assignment or licence identifies the rights, uses, duration and territory. Payment alone should not be interpreted as an undefined universal assignment. Third-party resources, font licences and unselected proposals have their own conditions. Publication of your project as a reference is not automatic.
Service boundaries
The studio offers graphic and digital design. Unless expressly agreed, development, hosting, printing, manufacturing, licences, copywriting and legal validation are not included. A mockup or prototype is not production software. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, funding, search rankings or certification.
Cancellation and difficulties
Cancellation arrangements and settlement for work already done are established in the contract, respecting mandatory consumer rights. Withdrawal follows the separate rules on the dedicated page. Contact the studio promptly if a difficulty arises so we can seek a solution. French law applies without removing mandatory protections of a consumer’s country of residence where applicable. No exclusive court jurisdiction is imposed on a consumer.
