An interface is more than its most polished screen. It also needs to explain what happens when content is missing, an action fails or an operation succeeds. We design a bounded functional journey connecting user objectives, available information and product constraints.
The work covers up to eight screens for one agreed platform. We clarify actions, priorities and the states necessary to understand the journey. A starter component set and prototype provide a reference for your team; they do not constitute a complete system for every future feature.

We organise one journey across up to eight screens, including entry points, main actions and expected exits. Boundaries remain explicit so a focused module is not confused with redesigning the entire product.
States that provide context
Empty, error and confirmation states are designed for the agreed situations. Their content explains the situation and possible action rather than leaving users with an isolated symbol or vague wording.
A component foundation for handover
The Figma file brings together starter components and the journey prototype. Behaviour notes describe important decisions. Development and an exhaustive design system remain outside the starting scope.

The prototype supports discussions and journey reviews. A recruited study, statistical testing or formal panel validation is not included. These may require a separate protocol, schedule and budget.
