Withdrawal & complaints

Consumer rights, kept separate from a simple request for a quotation.

Withdrawal period

For a service contract concluded at a distance with a consumer, the statutory period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Custom graphic design is not automatically excluded merely because it is bespoke. Statutory exceptions apply only when their conditions are met.

Starting within the withdrawal period

An early start requires a separate express request and the appropriate legal information. If you withdraw after that requested start but before full performance, a proportionate amount for services actually provided may be due under the statutory conditions. Loss of the right after full performance requires the expressly required agreements and acknowledgements. None of this is accepted through the brief’s privacy checkbox.

How to withdraw

Send a clear declaration to business@oryzelvadesign.art or ORYZELVA DESIGN, 41 rue Félix Brun, 69007 Lyon, France. Include your name, contract reference, date and decision to withdraw. Keep evidence of sending it. Any refund follows statutory conditions and deadlines, generally 14 days from notice of withdrawal, subject to amounts lawfully due for an expressly requested start.

Model declaration

To ORYZELVA DESIGN — I hereby notify you that I withdraw from the contract for the following service: […]. Contract concluded on: […]. Reference: […]. Consumer name and address: […]. Date: […]. Signature only if sent on paper. This model is optional; any unambiguous declaration may be used.

Complaints and mediation

For a complaint, first email business@oryzelvadesign.art with relevant information. We seek an amicable solution. A consumer may use consumer mediation free of charge under statutory conditions after first making a written complaint. The professional must provide the name, address and website of the mediator actually appointed; these details must be supplied in contractual information. Mediation does not remove access to the courts.

This site and orders

The brief is a free enquiry and does not conclude an online contract. Ordering arrangements and rights information are provided before any commitment. If direct contract conclusion through an online interface is later offered, the withdrawal functionality then required must be available.
