Controller and data processed
ORYZELVA DESIGN, 41 rue Félix Brun, 69007 Lyon, is the controller. Contact business@oryzelvadesign.art for enquiries or rights requests. The brief collects client type, service, indicative budget, description, timing and language preferences, name, email, country and, for businesses, an optional organisation. An existing project link is optional.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to understand your request, respond, prepare a proposal and organise correspondence. The basis is precontractual steps at your request; administration and security may rely on legitimate interests. Accounting duties rely on legal obligations. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing and does not place an order.
Fields and precautions
Required fields allow us to identify you, respond and understand the project. The form cannot be submitted without them. Do not include identity documents, payment details, passwords, sensitive data or confidential third-party documents. The site requests no attachments; a suitable secure transfer method can be agreed if needed.
Recipients and processors
Authorised studio personnel access requests as needed for their work. If published on Netlify with Forms enabled, Netlify processes hosting and enquiry records on our behalf. Our email provider processes email correspondence. We do not sell contact details. Providers may process data outside the EEA; their contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms apply, including those described in Netlify’s documentation.
Retention
For an enquiry that does not proceed, we choose a retention period of 12 months after the last useful exchange, unless an obligation or dispute justifies a separate archive. Contract records follow applicable legal and limitation periods. Accounting records and invoices are kept for 10 years. These periods require actual deletion or archiving in the tools used. The form draft stays in page memory and disappears when the page reloads.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object where the legal basis permits, and request portability where applicable. Email the studio with your request; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may complain to the French authority CNIL at www.cnil.fr. Rights may be limited by retention duties or other people’s rights.
